Hello Marketing Nation – Webex has recently rolled out a new UI that is referred to as Webex Events (New). Our present connector supports events created in Webex Events (Classic) only. It doesn’t support events created in Webex Events (New). We are working to find a solution. In the meantime, we want to keep everyone updated about this change. This information has been updated in our the product documentation that can be accessed here.

Hi Dilusha DeTissera , Even if you are creating an HTML version, It is a repeatedly professed best practice to include a text version of that same email in marketo - to improve email deliverability. (Snapshot below). So I would say you can create an normal email with a well organised text version. By default, when you create a HTML email, the text version is not organised. So it is extremely important to ensure that the text version is also set up properly while setting up an email in Marketo. Best Always, Karan Hari

Hi Christian Udeagbala, Here is where you need to click once you click on the static list - to check the list import status. Once you click here, you will get a warning or message like what is given in the below snapshot. If the import was successful, it will give you a green check (Snapshot below) If not successful then it will give you a warning. In your case it should say - "Warning - 1 people". Click-on the warning and a CSV file will be downloaded. In the CSV one of the columns would mention the reason for import failure. You can then make the correction accordingly and re-upload the list. Hi Caryl Mostacho , Thanks! And that's a good question. One fact about the Date Token Wait Step is that it only applies to trigger campaigns. You cannot use this feature in batch campaigns. So I wouldn't say it particularly would lead to slowing down of the instance, as the effect it would have would be as any other active triggered campaign in your instance. The only downside I can see is, as per the campaign processing priority, Wait step is at the lowest priority. So apart from that, depending upon the used case, this could be really helpful! Hi Nerea Eguia , - Option A - You can create 1 master smart list with all the 50-100 filters (one time effort) and reference this smart list in other "smart list" and "Smart campaigns". That way, creating the master filter\smart list would be a one time task. And any time you want to use this master filter, you can use it as shown below. Also, you can go through the documentation on Saved Smart List Rules in marketo sky. It is again a great way to create a smart list rule (One time effort) and re-use that where ever necessary. Hi Vidhi Kare , In your smart list, are you defining your incorrect URL as - https:// ? Also I see that you have used "IS NOT" in the below filter.When you use "Is or Is not", Its best to specify the URL. In this case can you try either specifying the incorrect URL or use " Not Contains " and see if that makes a difference? Id also recommend enclosing the leads and contacts with double brackets and separating them from the last criteria - as given below. Can you try these changes and see if that made a difference?
