Hi Mabel,You can run your leads through a smart campaign that changes the score to zero like this:If you have a large database, I would recommend running the campaign overnight or over the weekend so the processing of this campaign doesn't interfere with the day to day activity in your instance.

Hi Rachel,The logic you have is what you want. For example, if they have been emailed 5 times and haven't opened a single one, they will qualify. If they opened one of those emails they would not qualify.
