Depending on what your document looks like, it might be easiest to import into Design Studio as a PDF. You can see how to do this here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Add+Images+and+Files+to+Marketo. With 10 pages of content it's probably too much for a landing page.
Tip #2 is a huge help! I can't tell you how much time I've searched through Marketo trying to find a landing page!
