Yea, I came to the conclusion because I don't see these fields populating in Salesforce, only Marketo.Is this field part of the new Salesforce/MKTO sync update? Thanks - but what happens if a lead is associated with more than one program? How can I tell Marketo to only look for the first program?Also with the date, I was just going to use the Salesforce Created Date token.

Do you mean adding leads individually? If so, you can look up the lead in "Lead Database", select the Lead and then at the top where it says "Lead Actions", go to "Programs" and then select "Change Program Status" and assign the lead a member status and they'll be added to the program.
