tokens can be setup for a folder or a program. The calls you referenced can include a parameter, specifying what the id is for (program or folder): ?folderType=Program

You would not be able to physically move the data into Salesforce without using the API. Also, there would be a lot of data, which would eat into the relatively low object data limits in Salesforce.

You can setup a visualforce page, exposed via a force.com site that allows you to query the data you would like via javascript to get it into a Marketo landing page or any other web page.Cheers,Ben
