We are encountering the same problem. We also filed a ticket. Would be lovely if Adobe would actually comment on this thread — save us all time...
Yes, this is small but annoying. It looks like the only solution is to stuff enough new emails in there force the old ones out. Good luck with the submitting of ideas to Adobe/Marketo ... if you look at that process and history in any detail you'll see that you'll most likely have a new job and a ne...
Any solution here? This is small but pretty annoying.
Clearly this is a huge issue for the community. Things like merging lead records also take 5-10 minutes most of the time. Most of our smart lists take 2-3 minutes to load and we have a tiny DB (< 100k). Lately even looking up a single record is taking 3-5 minutes, especially in the late afternoon Pa...
Greetings Justin,Are you confirming that this fix is in the Winter release? Can we also get the docs fixed? They need to give an example of the syntax, otherwise we're just guessing.See here:Email Template Syntax - Marketo Docs - Product Docs -Brice

Juan,You have to use the API or you have to find an integration product that uses the API. However, from what I know, you will still be limited to accessing static lists, which is in itself extremely limiting.Call your Marketo account manager and make some noise.-Brice
Hi Kyle,Thanks for confirming that. Though, I have to say that it is a bit of a shame that our holy grail is effectively a SQL query that Larry Ellison wrote back in 1979 :/.Thanks again for your work here. It's a valuable contribution.-Brice
Hi Josh,How is this a work around if the Marketo API only allows you to query Static Lists? This would mean that we have to replicate all SmartLists into Static Lists on a nightly basis. That is of course possible, but painful and brittle.Did you have other thoughts here?BTW, the difficulty of getti...
