Try checking the box for "Sales Email Sent"
Just $0.02 - This is pretty standard behavior for all ESP's, not unique to Marketo. The work around is to upload your attachment (Word, PDF, PowerPoint) to the Design Studio. From there copy the Hyperlink URL and paste this into your email. Wah-La - No attachment needed!

Hello!As long as your Marketo sync user still has access, and youre not preventin new leads to be added to your instance that are in SFDC, they should appear again.
Hi there!I believe that Salesforce requires that the lead has Company and Last Name fields filled out. Otherwise it will reject the lead record. Can you look at the list and confirm that all the records have both of these fields?Best of luck.Cheers,Courtney

Hello Jessica!At Marketo we currently we have separate forms for each language, but with the next release you'll see Forms 2.0 and there is a functionality that allows different input/output values based on criteria such as preferred language! Stay tuned!
You could also create a Role where they dont have the authority to "Activate A Campaign" until they prove that they can manage the workload appropriately.
Another option is to create a Role for them with limited access - perhaps they can only access Design Studio for creating and designing things, but can't access Marketing Activities or Lead Database.
