It is expected behavior. The way that Marketo tracks is through cookies and updating the e-mail field will always overwrite it. The way to do this is to have the person share the sign up form, via e-mail, via social ect and have the colleague sign up for themselves.

Hi Tara, you can definitely do this. I am guessing you are deleting from lead database, but you should delete them through a list where you can add the flow step delete lead and set if you want to remove from CRM or not.

Hi Hannah, yes.The way we have done it for clients in the past is to send an email with an image and text "click to open". That links to a landing page, which would host the e-card where you would be able to run the javascript required to animate it.
In e-mails, you can't have javascript. Look for "" and remove that portion from your email.
Add a hidden field to your form to track source. Use the source as your trigger filter to add to the whichever flow campaign you would like.
