    If you use salesforce, the most easier way would be to search the right QR code check-in tool in Salesforce AppExchange Market. https://appexchange.salesforce.com/

    Since we are using both Marketo and Salesforce for lead management, I would say using Salesforce for QR code check-in and it will sync to Marketo simultaneously.
