We just got it to work by taking out the "{}" signs. However, we have no idea why that would be the case when dragging over the token it includes it. SO, if you happen to know why that is an issue, it would be much appreciated!

We have been working with them with a support ticket. The good news is that they have found a fix to the issue. They are just doing final testing to make sure there are no bugs. Should be up and running in the next day or two!
