Have you used the global search to look for the program name? If you've not used it before you go into the search above the folders and hit 'return'. A pop up search bar appears and this will search your entire instance.You might be able to find it that way?

I would do what Dan said, clone the assets and the create another stream with the cloned assets rather than creating a whole new engagement program. Its a bit of work but not as much as creating a whole new program again.

What about downloading the HTML of the email, the files can be viewed online then?

I would do exactly as Greg said, upload the leads with the Unsubscribe value, at least then you have them in Marketo to track activities on your website etc if and when they fill out forms etc.
