Great! Thanks, Dory. One final question just to be certain. Will the subsequent flow steps in the original campaign complete only after the requested campaign steps have completed? Thanks!
I was looking for an explanation of Request Campaign flow logic. Can a requested campaign act as a sub-routine that is called by a campaign, completes, and then returns to the original campaign flow? Or, once a campaign is requested, does it simply complete and not return? Any ideas you have for usi...
Follow up:Well, after some use and experimentation with unapproved Email programs, here's what I've learned about using unapproved Email Programs in Marketo. An unapproved Email Program can be constructed, without usng the Audience, Email, or Schedule control panel, by creating campaigns within it th...
Hi Josh. Thanks for your thoughts, but I am not overthinking Programs. However, I guess I did not communicate the issue effectively, and have clarified the problem in my original post. Sync Lead to SFDC (insert)3. Add to SFDC Campaign 4. Sync Lead to SFDC (update)5. Create Task6. ...
Quite by accident I discovered that a lead in Marketo had been synced with SFDC, added to an SFDC Campaign, and then, after a few minutes, removed from the SFDC Campaign and deleted from SFDC. This is troubling because we do not have any Campaigns that delete leads from SFDC or remove leads from SFD...
So, here's my dilemma. I can successfully populate the Marketo Lead Notes field with attendee questions from GTW. I can display those questions in the Lead Notes field in lead information detail. I have created a custom field in SFDC and made it visible for both Lead and Contact in the SFDC Marketo ...
