Our instance has been rediculously slow. It's not the network; I'm on a crazy fast connection confirmed with a speed test. I'm getting frustrated.

Thanks Val, that's kind of what I expected... Wasn't sure if Marketo was smart enough to remember merges (similar to how they manage unsubscribes even after they are deleted).

Nice, good tip for moving forward about putting the address in the footer.Also in the future the email address should be pulled into the form automatically from the email click, it was just not set up that way for my last couple sends. The problem is I do not know the domain for Josh's example Email Address CONTAINS @domain.comIn other words I know they are out there since I got a few complaints already, just not sure whoYes there are more pressing problems in the world but when I have lawyers threating me with can spam compliance...

Hey just wanted to update this for anyone else who may run into this issue.Official word from support is that they cannot (or will not) produce a list of deleted unsubscribes, even though they do track them.Kind of a strange, but that is the answer.

I am synced with sfdc as well. Here is the issue: The record does not exist as a lead in mkto or as a lead or contact in sfdc.
