Hi @uditmathur I have followed these exact steps and have had no luck with moving people out of the exhausted stream.
Remove them, we have no more content to add to any of the streams
I am trying to clean up our engagement programs and we have many that have a large amount of exhausted contacts in the stream. I have tried making a second stream for exhausted content but no one seems to be moving in that stream. What is the proper way to set this up?
Still not populating anyone moving into that stream. This is how i have the smart list set up and the stream and I empty.
I think im doing everything correctly but when I go to run the batch to people show up, do I also need to create a flow?
What is the best way to set up a stream for no engagement, it keeps telling me I must have a trigger. We have thousands of contacts in our exhausted streams, and I want to get this cleaned up.
Can you remove people from exhausted streams? I know you can search for them but can you remove them from the nurturing program since we won't be adding any new content?
Is there a way you can exclude holidays from a nurture program that streams every two weeks? Or will you have to go in and just turn it off?
