Ha! I think you mean to say "duh" Thanks again! 🙂
So "added to SFDC campaign" is sufficient? Thanks!
Hi sanford! Seems to be working - I'm just making sure this is a sound way to go about it other than the preferable execute campaign logic per program. thanks
Our Marketo programs do not share the same naming convention as our SFDC campaigns. We do not use the Program sync - we're using the flow step to add to our SFDC campaignsAlso we have over 1000+ active Marketo programs, so it would be kinda tedious/impossible to update.
Hello, I am trying to centralize a smart campaign to update the latest SFDC Campaign Name for a record. I'm trying to assess if this is doable in Marketo or if I need my SFDC admin to create a flow: I would want two central SCs:1) To Stamp a Lead Source Program (1 time)2) To Stamp the latest SFDC ...
Got it! That totally makes sense. I didn't remember that previously when I set this up I had another system stamping the UTM values after Marketo creates the CM. Thanks Sanford!
Hey Darshil! Good to see you in the community! So I do have the PMCF fields mapped. I prefer using the SFDC flow steps b/c the campaign member sync is glitchy for me. I've had this work before but unclear WHY it wouldn't stamp the campaign member values even if I'm using the flow step
So, I do. The problem is I'm inheriting an instance with wonky channel tags that don't match the SFDC member statuses so I can't use the SFDC native program sync. Also, this is the code we've used on the website:
Hey Sanford, I've created UTMs on the program member, I'm using flow steps to stamp those values to the campaign member. My issue is the SFDC campaign member is being created, but no UTM values are being stored. What am I missing here?
I'm trying to understand how to set up the flow steps after capturing UTMs from a stored cookie value using PMF (Program Member Fields) The issue I'm having is the campaign member is created BEFORE the UTM values are being set on the CM:
