Hi @JeffHensiek - One way is to use multiple streams and set the Transition Rules to pull the lead based on Email Delivered trigger + Wait step.

Hi @Carla_Cabaceir1 Yes, sending the same emails to leads who didn't convert from the emails previously. Since Engagement Program doesn't allow to re-send the same email again to a lead, I think Default Program with smart campaigns is the only way?
@Carla_Cabaceir1 Since we're discussing about the programs this week, is Default Program (with smart campaigns) the only way to build a nurture campaign if we want people to re-enter the program after they exhaust the content and don't convert?
Thanks @Carla_Cabaceir1. I didn't even know there was an Account Smart List because we don't have a TAM license. In the certification exam, will they include questions related to features that only come with add-ons such as TAM?
