Thanks for the replies. In this instance we need to only allow form submissions from a specific email address. Breno - I took a look at the link you suggested however I've been unable to get it to work. Do you know of anyone with this implemented? This should work on a 2.0 form, correct?

I was under the impression Marketo only sent one email if there was dups. You're saying if I have a dup and one is a contact and one is a lead it will send twice?
