We have been having the same issue for years. it doesn't always happen but does on occasion. We can't figure out why.I'm putting in another support ticket to see if I can get any further towards a resolution. If anyone has a fix please let me know 😀 Thanks.
We are testing validating the sync using S2S but Marketo still requires a username and password. Looks like a sync user and app user are required to get it to validate. Has anyone tested the S2S connection formally since it has become available?
