@amackenzie1 - I debated the People Performance report as well. I went back and forth and I'm eagerly awaiting the answer from @ErinPollackQ2 , (I know, it's coming soon). In the near term, would you mind sharing how you came to your solution?

OK - crew... Here's where we're going with this question ("URL" field type vs, a "STRING" field type) and our logic behind this option. For the "Name" field, we're going to be switching over to a "Text" field. The STRING field is changing the space between the first and last names to some HTML code...
