If you have properly installed the ToutApp Add-in and you do not see ToutApp options appearing in Outlook, then you may need to enable the add-in. You can also use these steps to disable the Add-in if you ever need to.
Click File from the upper-left of your Outlook window
You'll be presented with a list of your Outlook add-ins. Scan through this window, and look to see if ToutApp is included in the list.
Where it says Manage: COM Add-ins click Go
Find ToutApp in the list, and make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to the line item. If there isn't, check it.
Click OK to confirm
Outlook will then attempt to load up the ToutApp add-in and initialize the functionality. You should see the ToutApp menu item appear in the top menu of your Outlook inbox if this succeeds. If you do not see ToutApp appear in Outlook you will want to restart Outlook.
