Valentine's Day, Yes or No?

Re: Valentine's Day, Yes or No?

I love it. As a parent of 4 kids it is a great excuse for my wife and I to spend some alone time together!

Not a fan. We actually use it as an adoptiversary for our doggies, as we got one on January 14th and the other on March 14th.

There's nothing like a pup or two to remind you that you're loved.

I am not a fan of Valentine's Day but I do love seeing women receive flowers. There is something so sweet about it.

No.  It is a hallmark holiday.  If you love someone you should tell them every day and not just wait for the one time a year this "holiday" comes along.

Of the day, yes.  It is my youngest son's birthday.

I gave my wife the greatest gift any man ever could almost 8 years ago now

I get a free pass from now on!!

Plus,  I have an ex who was a florist.  Agreed that this holiday is totally commercialized and generated the wrong reasons by jewelry, flower, and candy companies.
