Every quarter we sent out NPS surveys. How do I go about not giving them credit? Like not marked as a success. My boss is saying she does not want that campaign to be given credit to the pipeline. That specific campaign is giving touchpoints credits and she does not want that. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
Sounds like either you need to set this up as an operational program type or do not use the "change program status" flow step in your smart campaign if the status you're changing it to is one of the statuses you've marked as success for that program type.
