Hi Randall, we actually just had a webinar and the same thing happened for us. Don't know if something changed on their end and now that data is not syncing. We're going to run a test to see if it happens again. We'll likely need to open a support ticket with them to get this figured out. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks, Danny. The data eventually passed from Zoom to Marketo -- it took a few hours. I was expecting to happen fairly quickly. I'm planning to do another test with a bigger group.
Randall, we just ran a test and the attendee/no show info passed over to Marketo. I suggest running a test to confirm the issue and if it persists, then open a Support ticket with both Zoom and Marketo to see if they can help troubleshoot your issue.
