YouTube Asset Insert into Email

I found the video that shows how to insert a YouTube Asset into a Landing Page that includes Marketo Social Media Sharing Features but how do I place this into an email?

if you aren't using Email 2.0, you can just get an Image still of the video to insert. Video doesn't play in email.
