Has anyone else had issues with Email Insights tracking total send volume for an email?
Not that a 3453% open rate isn't impressive (See screen shot) but I feel like this number may be a bit inaccurate. 😉
From the screen shot below there were actual 23,556 sent not 8 which accounts for the ALL TIME world record for open rate.
It is correct in the program in Marketo but wrong in Email Insights.
Is there something that needs to be set up to track total send volume in Email Insights? Has Anyone else seen this? This is the first time I have seen this happen.
