Got a lead attribute with date and time for an appointment. 8 appointment slots per day. Trying to set up a one-hour reminder so that 9am guy gets an alert at 8am. Not sure why I can't figure this out, but the date token approach seems to be hard coded to "days." Any suggestions?

I'm sure there is a better way to do this (combining wait steps seems inefficient and maybe error-prone) but perhaps this will work:
Thanks, Rachel. That's kind of the approach I was eyeballing ... as we were sending a 24-hour reminder as well. So send a reminder 1 day before appointment time, wait 23 hours, deploy the second email.
You could create 8 reoccurring batch campaigns to run at your desired times assuming that the time slots will always be the same..
For example:
You would create a campaign for each appointment slot.
