Workflow Exclusion

Hello,

I have a 6 email Welcome Series.  Within it, I am using segmentation by location.  Say it's 10 different burger shop locations, and my Welcome 4 email "promo" only applies to a few, how can I exclude other locations from receiving that Welcome 4 email?

Sorry, pretty amateur when it comes to Marketo. I'm assuming that would be through my smart campaign and I do see the segmentation filter. How do I apply it to only a specific email?

Can you show me a visual of how I can do that?
