Why is my Smart Campaign ignoring a web page visit?

HI Rajesh

Thanks for helping out. Here's how it "should" work:

1. She fills out a form

2. Then, let's say within 1 hour, she visits a distinct page

When 2 happens I'd like to email her, but only if she has done 1 and 2.

So, does that mean I setup the page visit as the trigger and then filter on the form fill?

Other people will visit the web page (but without completing the form) - so presumably they'd be excluded?
