Where can you acquire funnel graphics for illustrating the RCM to external audiences?

I'm looking for some good tools to illustrate our lead lifecycle funnel.  Excel's out of the box graphics do not have what I need.  What templates do you use?

I found an excellent article on creating a funnel graphic using an Excel bar chart at http://chandoo.org/wp/2009/01/09/funnel-chart-excel-tutorial/. 



I subsequently modified it to use log values, so that the bottom bar wouldn't be imperceptibly thin and added the ability to indicate the composition of the stages by recycled vs. initial.

Hi Chris: 

Adobe Illustrator would be my personal pick. They have some of their own graphing functionality built in, plus lots of ability to make everything aesthetically impressive. That requires a bit more design skills, though! And experience with Illustrator. But I'd say that's a worthwhile investment in my mind for external/client-facing material.

Otherwise I'm sure you can Google some Excel templates to find what you're looking for. I don't know any off the top of my head.
