What is the definition of a "Touch Complete" activity?

Would anybody happen to have a clear definition (or example) of what Marketo classifies as a "Touch Complete" activity?  I found a listing of all activity types ( http://developers.marketo.com/activity-types/) and most of these are pretty obvious in terms of what they are, but I haven't been able to figure out what "Touch Complete" is.

Has anyone been able to figure this out yet?  It seems to be associated with Engagement Programs, but not any particular action by the lead.

"Touch Complete" is a Marketo Activity type that I noticed in API extract of the Activity Rrecord object.  It is listed a standard activty value in the following linke: http://developers.marketo.com/activity-types/ (scroll to the bottom of the list...5th from teh bottom)

I'll confess I'm not familiar with the term "touch complete" as it applies to Marketo. Where did you hear it? 

You may be thinking of when a lead reaches a success point in a program so that it gets success credit under attribution rules?
