what is connection time out for Marketo Soap API

We are using marketo 2_2 WSDL SOAP API end point to connect to  marketo. But we have been getting quite a few connection reset exceptions on our end .  

Does anyone know , what is max keep-alive time for markeo SOAP API and how many requests it can handle simultenously ?

We are experiencing the same issue with our API connection to GoToMeeting. It timed out and created 100's of registration errors. We had to reset the API (although nothing had changed with our settings) and it started working correctly again. It would have been very helpful to have received an alert or flag that the connection was broken. We discovered this issue earlier this week, and it looks like the break happened at the start of February.
