So I recently launched an advanced nurture which should've originally went to an audience of 5,500 people. After I set my filters, it brought my final audience count down to 3,900 people (Many contacts were dispositioned or did not have an email address provided in SFDC). Here is why I am scratching my head... After looking at my nurture results, my email was only sent to 2,500 prospects in this cold audience. I am trying to figure out where the other 1,400 people went. We received a high bounce back rate, but there is still a portion of this audience that should've received this email. What are some good fields to look at in my custom view for status, delivery, etc...?
