Anyone else getting an error when trying to get to the enter ticket screen.
Can you provide a screenshot of the error? If there is a problem I can have our web team take a look.
Also, just to be sure, are you an authorized contact for your company?
Are you using Chrome? We had an issue with this/jive about a month ago. Try a different browser(?) that worked for us.
Yes I was using Chrome. Still using Chrome and it works now.
