Webinar registrations from different countries change partition
we have a number of partitions for all our point of sales. When a lead enters our UK system but has a Danish email address, they get assigned to the Danish partition.
I just set up a webinar for the UK and we had a few international leads sign up to it. The Danish lead already exists in the Danish partition and thus didn't receive the registration confirmation email from my UK webinar. Is there are way to work around this?

A lead can only be in one partition at a time. A workspace can have access to multiple partitions.
Your campaign is in the UK workspace, which I imagine only has access to the UK Partition. The Lead in question already exists in the danish workspace (or as Josh asked you may have a routing campaign in the default workspace) therefore it cannot be affected by the campaign flows in the UK workspace.
I'm assuming that you don't want to move the Danish lead into the UK partition so I think the way around it in this case would be to run the campaign from the global/default workspace that has access to all partitions.
It is a downside to workspaces but this is how workspaces and partitions work and if in this case the Danish lead were to receive the registration email from the UK partition it would kind of default the whole concept.
