I have a subscription renewal campaign set up for expired users. If my campaign flow steps are set up like the image below, will the email in step #3 only send to users who did NOT renew after 7 days?
Simply, will a Choice be acknowledged after a Wait Step OR will everyone who qualified for step #1 qualify for step #3?

Hi Kim,
It's not it exactly that they won't qualify for step 3 (unless you have a remove from flow happening somewhere) but if they do not fit into your Choice 1 of Step 3 then they will receive the default choice (do nothing as you currently have it). So they are still in your flow here and could receive any flow steps after 3.
