Viewing opportunities created

I'm trying to create smart list that shows opportunities that were created today. 

Currently doing via:
Has opportunity - true
Lead was converted - assign to (all lead owners), date of activity is today

Just wondering if this is best way to go about.

If you have RCA, you can create a report using the Opportunity Analysis report type. Within the options, you can use the filter "Opportunity Created Date" and filter to today. You can then create a daily report subscription to whoever you'd like. 

If you do not have RCA, then I would think the filters you have in place would be the best option.

You just want a list of the opportunities not the leads associated, right? If that's the case I think I'd rather pull an opportunity report in SFDC.
