I am looking for the best way to report on UTMs in marketo. We have utm fields created (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc.). Is there a best practice on reporting on UTMs in marketo that includes their associated program? Below, I have included a image of an old, exported report that reads the program, associated utm values, and their program status'. The person who created this left before I joined and unfortunately did not teach anyone how to do this. Does anyone have ideas on how to execute a similar report?
Are these Program Member Custom Fields? If not, how exactly are you associating a person-level (and thus not many-to-one) field with a program?
(Also I doubt this report was automatically generated unless you’re calling the Marketo REST API. More likely it’s a prettied-up combination of other exported reports.)
