Using Network Solutions to set CNAME

Hello,

Does anyone else use Network Solutions to manage their DNS records that would be willing to talk to my IT guy? We have tried twice to set up our CNAMES and it still doesn't appear to be working.

Hello Sarah,
   Your IT guy needs to point your cname to your  [ACCOUNT STRING].mktoweb.com.
I would recommend to provide the infomration in the following KB article:
