using anchors for different sections in an email

Trying to build out an email with two sections and want the side bar titles to link to the anchor titles in the main area. Is there a way to make this work?

So, we normally have a long email and the subjects on the side, we want to be able to click on the subjects on the side and have it take you to that section of the email. Make Sense?

Can you show us a screen shot? You can usually just use the A tag and set an anchor. Not sure why you would do this in an email, but it could be a long email.

I do not see the answer to this question... I have a bilingual email with the FR content at the top and EN content below. I would like to add ''Read the English version'' at the top of the email with an anchor to the EN content. How can I do this?
