User in salesforce was granted access to marketo, for some reason user unable to access marketo from salesforce
another user with same permissions is able to login to salesforce, am i missing anything here?

Arun, are you referring to Marketo sales insight and being able to view activity log? Or marketo in general and be able to create campaigns or run reports.
Darrell, we have Salesforce to Marketo Integration, User can access Directly login to Marketo with no issues. Accessing Marketo from Salesforce, request timing out and Salesforce logs doesn't show any error info.
On first look I think it might be a permissions issue in SFDC, but I'm not sure.
I think it might be a good idea to open up a case with support, sorry couldn't be more help!
