We ingest the data from Marketo for ourselves and our customers on a daily basis from customers' Marketo instances. Today we are observing Marketo REST APIs timing out with the following errors for most of our customers:
SocketException: Connection reset
or
SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
On a retry, some of these are API calls succeed, but most of them don't. I am mostly observing this issue while syncing Leads object data and the endpoint I am using is -
https://<marketo-hostname>/rest/v1/leads.json
On https://status.adobe.com/ I see Experience Cloud, specifically Advertising Cloud has an open issue today since 11 AM PST. However, as per the website Marketo isn't one of the affected product.
Is anyone else observing these timeouts?

Extremely unlikely that this is related, it’s a completely different network path and not related to the REST API. We run a major webhook-based service and no problems have been reported.
We use webhooks to calculate scores. Sometime in the last 2 weeks our webhooks are not functioning. See the below error message:
Any feedback or insight as to how we fix this would be appreciated.
