Uploading a list

We do not have a CRM and I manually import my lists into Marketo.  I noticed that a lot of the names in one of my lists were not correct and now some of the names should be blank.  Will Marketo know to delete the name if it is not being uploaded in the new list?  How can I make sure it does?

You can run a one-time flow on a list by creating a Smart List in the Lead Database of the ones whose first names you want to delete, then going to Lead Actions > Marketing > Change Data Value (First Name) and putting "NULL" for the value.

You can also do the same using a Smart Campaign.

Marketo will take in any data you give it as long as the column names match a field.

It's really up to you to make sure your spreadsheet is accurate. Use filters to ensure that the right data is in there.

You can use what Charlie said to remove the incorrect leads.
