Updating Multiple Forms

Is there a way to update a field on multiple forms other than one by one?

Nope -- which is why having as few forms as possible is a best practice.

There are several places online where you can download these.  It depends on which format your company uses to store this data (2-character, 3-character, full country name, etc.).  If your fields originate in CRM, adding those fields to a form will auto-populate with the values from CRM.  Unfortunately, they don't update automatically when updated in CRM.  But for things like state and country, that shouldn't be an issue.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the your reply.  Here is our scenario, we have turned on SFDC state/country picklist, ISO 2 code.  So, as you know, the state and country text fields are converted to picklist.  Now on the Marketo we are passing values as those 2 letter codes, US = United States.  The thinking was Marketo would migrate those 2 letters, US, and SFDC would translated those codes to United States.  In short, Marketo would push to SFDC.

Donald, if you want underlying long values ("United States") to be pushed to SFDC instead of the friendly abbreviation ("US") then the Mkto form should have the picklist set up as

US|United States

AU|Australia

etc.
