Hi - Can I update an email that is currently scheduled in an email campaign without impacting the campaign? (simple question, Marketo is new to me. Thanks!)
And if it is a triggered campaign or with wait steps, you can update it any time, but as Adam pointed out, people already about to receive it will get the OLD version.
Hey Mattie > You can edit an email that is scheduled without changing the campaign at all. You shouldn't do this closer than 15 minutes prior to a campaign running, just to be sure that everything executes correctly.
IE if you have an email scheduled for 9am, don't edit it at 8:50am. It could cause problems.
