Hi, I have created a new unsubscribe landing page which sits within our website (built in Wordpress). I have copied the url of the new landing page and pasted it in the Admin Tab > Click Email > Unsubscribe html and text (I updated the link in there). I sent out a sample email to check if the new landing page is working but when i click 'unsubscribe' i get redirected to our website homepage instead of the landing page i have created - where url i have insert in the admin page) anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
Can you post the link and screenshot of the changes you made to the Admin section?
Perhaps you did not edit it entirely correctly.
If you are doing a custom system, then it's best to code the link in the footer of your email templates and put a blank <P></P> in your Email Settings.
