can someone direct link me to the "submit a case" button?
Unfortunately, when I go to the support page I cannot see the button.
See screenshot below, where the button to submit a case would normally be it is blank.

Hi Malik! I ran into the same issue. If you click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of community and scroll down to 'My Cases' then that is another way to access the support ticket portal and submit a case. Hope this helps!

Any chance your user permissions to submit tickets has been removed/not added?
Yep! I think it might be a browser issue or something, a coworker of mine ran into the same issue before.
