Hi 

I am trying to integrate MARKETO with CRM.   I followed using below steps.

Now I want to sync data to different system. When I tried to modify 'Host Name', It is not allowing us to change.  Could you please help me in fixing this issu.

Hi Candice - I'm hoping you went to Support with this, but just to close the loop, only ONE CRM system can by synced at a time through the sync. If you want to sync to a test environment we suggest you use a Marketo sandbox to do that sync, and sync your Marketo production with your CRM production.

Hi,
When I go to ADMIN->Integration->CRM, and select SAP, there are 2 steps to be performed - 
1. Enter credentials
2. Select fields to sync
3. Enable sync.

Out of these, I have performed only the 1st step, so actually the system shouldn't be synced yet.
But in the first step, where we enter credentials, I am not able to change the Host name, or add a new one.

Does anyone know how to add another hostname, for eg. I want to add 2 systems with Marketo, - Test and Production for SAP cloud for customer. How should that be done.

You cannot change ORG IDs once the system has been synced.

Please call support if you need to change this.
