Hi- I'm trying to update the campaign status in SFDC. I'm using the Update SFDC Status flow. But when I look at Schedule, it says it will affect 0 people. I have the same lists in the smart list that we used to send the original campaign. Help please.

You need to provide much more information. "The same lists" isn't useful: show us the qualification rules for each and prove there are leads who will qualify.
There's something that is wrong in the smart list logic that you may be using. If you are using a filter that says not a member of your SFDC campaign, but you want to change their status, it may be causing this. Share a snapshot of your smart list and details of records who would match your criteria.
