We executed a paid advertising program back in the summer where we obtained 231 leads/conversions (not all were acquired by this program). We would like to see how these leads have engaged with any of the other campaigns since then. If we filter on the program name in RCE, it's only going to include activity in that program. Instead, we want to include any other program where the leads have engaged. Had all of these leads been acquired by the paid advertising program, we could simply filter on that. But that's not the case. Any thoughts on how we can include only those 231 leads - aside from filtering on their email addresses, which would probably crash RCE - and including all program engagement across all programs?
Create a specific field in Marketo, give it a specific valur for the 231 leads, add it as a dimension to RCE and filter on it.
You do not want to do this every time you have a specific need, so make the field generic enough so that it can be used again the future. I call it "RCE filter"

Thanks Greg. I'm trying to do this without creating any additional custom fields. But as I assumed, I need to figure out some other identifier field within the lead record other than program name.
Yes, I do not see any other way.

You can't do Program Membership, Filter on Member of Program X in time period Y, then display list of all Programs?
Josh, that wouldn't work since it doesn't give us the detailed insight on a per lead/account basis. I did find a field to use to distinguish these leads though. This is what the final report looks like (where not only the main/common advertising program is included (DWA Syndication Sitecore), but also any other engagement across other programs as well):
