Tracking Meetings

Since the Marketo Plug-In doesn't track meeting requests sent from email programs (i.e. Outlook), does anyone have best practices for tracking meetings in Salesforce without having to manually add them?

How about having it be a campaign status update based on Clicks link in a sales email?
